Timberwolves Take Early Lead and Hold On for Victory

Minneapolis, MN - November 1, 2021 - Karl-Anthony Towns led the Minnesota Timberwolves to a 112-96 victory over the Orlando Magic on Monday night.
Towns scored 23 of his 28 points in the first half, leading the Timberwolves to a 60-41 advantage at the break. Anthony Edwards added 19 points for Minnesota, while D'Angelo Russell contributed 16.
Cole Anthony led the way for the Magic with 31 points, while Wendell Carter Jr. added 18 and Franz Wagner had 16. However, the Magic were unable to overcome the Timberwolves' early lead.
The Timberwolves improved to 6-4 with the win, while the Magic fell to 5-5.
